Villa Nortada is a family project born from 2 decades of travels, kitesurfing, entrepreneurship and love of Portugal. In 2018, we moved from Paris to Lisbon with our two boys with the simple idea to create and share a lifestyle that was shaped by our passions and people we met along the way.

The house got its name from the trade wind that blows from the North-West during spring and summer.

That's what got us here in Caparica in May 2004 for the first time.

Caparica offers this unique mix of watersport conditions on this amazing sand strip, 300 sunny days (I didn't count, but I think it is more...) with all comodities of a small city, plus the big city 20 minutes away, amazing nature escapes at the door step, or just a little further like the Parque Natural de Arrabida, 30 minutes away, a true nature jewel. Most of all, the people. Portugal is famous for the kindness of its people, and Caparica is no exception.

Hence we figure out that here would be the place to enjoy our family life and share it with you.

The villa is located in the peacefull area of Vale Cavala, the closest neighbourhood of Charnceca de Caparica to the beach. The whole family lives in a private part of the villa, while our guests can enjoy the whole garden, BBQ/outdoor dinning spot and a shared room including a full kitchen and dinning table.

GETTING HERE

BY CAR

30 minutes from the Lisbon airport,20 minutes from the Lisbon center through the famous Ponte do 25 de Abril (A2 SUL Highway)

BY BUS

From Lisbon, you have TST bus service with lines 151 from Marques Pombal and 159 from Sete Rios (Zoo) that will get you directly 5 minutes away from us by foot!
