The house is located up the cliff of Caparica, just 3 minutes drive to the amazing 20 km beach strip and only 20 minutes away from the Lisbon city center.

SURF

Portugal is famous for its waves consistency, offering 300 days of surf per year. Our local beach is no exception! The summer mornings are perfect for learning, while the winter will deliver for barrel junkies. In between, you will find what you need to make the log glide.

KITESURF

Our coast offers excellent conditions from May untill September with the Nortada blowing from North-West, 15-20 knots, perfect for freeride and waveriding.

If you need lessons, our friends at Waves4life will be there for you. They are based on the main kite spot of the coast, praia da Bela Vista. Other spots and schools are located further south in Fonte da Telha. For flat lovers, the Lagoa de Albufeira is just 30 minutes away. Great downwind can also be organised (except in July/August).

PARAGLIDING

With its endless cliff, Caparica is the paradise for soaring and long flights along the coast line.

WING-FOILING

The new big thing seems to have been made for Caparica! Just cruise up the swell with the power of the wind and let you go down the line. Local kite schools are also qualified to teach you wing-foiling.

HIKING

A short car ride will also take you to the amazing Serra de Arrabida, where you can enjoy breathtaking beaches and amazing hikes up to the Cabo Espichel.

BEACH BARS & RESTAURANTS

Whatever your taste of food and atmosphere, you will find your spot among the rich offer all along the coast. Just enjoy the sunset. Summer is also the time for fancy beach parties.
